Description

Provides office support by implementing administrative systems, procedures, policies, and monitoring administrative projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and keep their work neat and organized. They will only pass on quality information to others. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
  • Welcomes and assists visitors with their needs.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintains filing systems as assigned.
  • Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings, as needed.
  • Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.
  • Maintain and update a variety of spreadsheets to keep data and information up to date.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, perform under pressure, and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
  • Must be a motivated self-starter, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent follow-up skills: e.g., obtaining missing paperwork or checking in with people to keep a project moving forward.
  • Must have strong analytical skills and be able to problem solve.
  • Must be adaptable and flexible while working in cooperation with multiple people.

Education and Experience:

  • Degree preferred, but not required.
  • Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
