YOUR TASKS:
- Provides overall management direction and leadership to sales and service personnel by assessing skill, ability and development of training matrixes to provide exceptional customer service, including coaching employees to develop critical skills; clearly communicate strategy and vision, and assisting teams translate MAPAL Inc. business strategies into their daily work
- Promotes cross-functional teams and problem solving, utilizing best practice tools such as Ishikawa (fishbone), logic trees, etc. to effectively meet customer requirements
- Takes functional responsibility for sales/service personnel and leads the drive to excellence
- Responsible to ensure all managing areas meet and/or exceed annual and long term sales goals
- Develops, designs, encourages and implements short, mid and long-term strategic objectives to increase customer base/market share
- Investigates and researches emerging markets and/or industries. Prepares recommendation and plans to penetrate said market or industry
YOUR PROFILE:
- Education, Experience, Military or Training equivalent to 4 year degree program in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration or Pipeline program
- 5 + years successful management of personnel, product and process experience; demonstrated success in developing, building and maintaining territory accounts.
- Strong work ethic; Self-motivated; independent and capable to make decisions
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Exceptional presentation skills (both behavioral and utilization of presentation software); High energy level with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in presenting product; providing employee and customer training
- Business oriented in planning and development; ability to adapt quickly to change
- Technical aptitude and mechanically inclined; Customer focused; Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
