Production Engineer

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

• Collaborate with Department Managers to develop and implement procedures that streamline planning, scheduling, and execution of work across departments.
• Responsible for ensuring environmental procedures are established and followed
• Responsible for ensuring quality procedures are established and followed
• Participate in production meetings to provide updates, address issues, and align on priorities.
• Refine Core Machine and Grind Shop workflows to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality parts to customers.
• Program CNC machines and drive process improvements to increase efficiency within the CNC department.

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

• Engineering Degree
• 1 year hands-on mechanical experience
