We are seeking a Woman's Center Supervisor someone wh ois essential in maintaing a safe, efficient, and effective enviorment, ensuring that both patients and nursing teams are supported throughout the proces.

Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):
- The Supervisor is a Registered Nurse who assumes 24-hour administrative responsibility for the management of the birthplace.
- Supervises, assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the delivery of patient care.
- Develops and implements departmental plans, including performance improvement activities and compliance with current regulations.
- Supervises and evaluates all personnel assigned to the unit and effectively utilizes nursing personnel, time responsibilities for the unit and is directly accountable.
- Communicates effectively with staff, physicians and administration both written and verbally.
- Consults with staff, physicians and department director on nursing issues and interpretation of hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met.
Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers. You must have:
- Must have a current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
- BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
- A minimum of two years supervisory/management experience necessary.
Additional Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- ACLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
- NRP (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.insert skills required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a perinatal nurse in an acute care setting
Additional Qualifications That Are a Plus:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
