· Support real estate development and new unit growth with robust site selection, investment appraisal, and return analysis.

· Ensure discipline in capital allocation and ROI tracking for entertainment, digital, and technology-driven initiatives.

Team Leadership

· Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team to ensure high performance and career growth.

· Instill a culture of accountability, curiosity, and commercial partnership across the business.

· Champion cross-functional collaboration and transparency.

· Experience in private equity-backed or fast-growing businesses a plus.

· Skilled communicator able to distill complex financials into clear, actionable insights for operators, board members, and investors alike.

· Comfort operating in both detail and strategy — able to zoom in and out seamlessly.
