Overview:
von Trapp Family Lodge & Resort is seeking a creative and energetic Craft Activities & Guest Engagement Leader to lead fun & engaging craft activities and create memorable experiences for guests of all ages! This role is structured as an independent contractor arrangement, with payment provided for services rendered based on hours worked.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and lead interactive craft activities such as painting, birdhouse building, wreath-making, holiday décor, and other seasonal projects.

• Foster fun and meaningful guest engagement during each activity.

• Provide all necessary craft supplies (reimbursed by the resort).

• Work with resort staff to schedule and promote activities.

Requirements:

• Experience leading group craft activities or interactive programs.

• Strong interpersonal skills focused on guest engagement.

• Creativity, enthusiasm, and adaptability.

• Must provide own craft supplies (with reimbursement).

Compensation:

• Competitive pay per hour/session, plus reimbursement for materials.

• Non-employee position, not eligible for benefits.
