The Opportunity

We’re looking for a dependable Automotive Parts Driver to work primarily out of our Volkswagen dealership in South Tacoma while supporting our Toyota and Hyundai stores. This is a key role in keeping our parts operations running smoothly and ensuring our customers and service teams get what they need—on time, every time.

What You’ll Do

• Load and safely secure parts for daily deliveries.
• Deliver parts between dealerships and to outside customers across Tacoma and surrounding areas.
• Keep the Parts Manager updated on any missed or delayed deliveries.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.
• Unload the truck each night and return all paperwork and undelivered parts.
• Perform basic vehicle upkeep to ensure safe, reliable transportation.

Time Off & Holidays

Paid Time Off (PTO):

                  o Accrual begins on your first day.

                  o Accrual schedule:

                           0–2 years: 1 hour per 40 hours worked

                           3–10 years: 1.53 hours per 40 hours worked

                           10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift heavy packages and operate a delivery vehicle safely
• Good communication skills and customer service skills 
• High school diploma or equivalent
