About the Role

Adaptive Security is rethinking how employees learn to stay secure against modern, AI-powered cyber threats. We believe security training doesn’t have to be boring — it can be engaging, creative, and effective.

As an AI Product Operations Associate, you’ll help design and deliver the training content at the heart of our platform. You’ll combine structured problem-solving with creative storytelling to turn complex topics into clear, memorable learning experiences.

Success in this role comes from experimenting with cutting-edge AI tools to reimagine how content is created and delivered — finding faster, smarter, and more engaging ways to teach.

You’ll report to our Director of AI Product Ops and collaborate daily with product managers, engineers, designers, and our go-to-market teams. This is an in-office, high-output team that moves quickly and cares deeply about quality.

If you want to break into tech, master AI tools, and see your work directly shape how people learn, this role is for you. This is a contract-to-hire role: you’ll start as a contractor and, based on performance and fit, have the opportunity to convert to full-time.

What You’ll Do

• Build training content: Create engaging, concise, and creative modules that make complex ideas simple and memorable.

• Use AI to move faster: Leverage generative AI for drafting, editing, image/video creation, translations, and idea exploration.

• Operate with precision: Follow and improve our production process to ensure content is accurate, high-quality, and delivered on time.

• Experiment with formats: Test new ways of learning — from bite-sized learning to narrative case studies that bring concepts to life.

• Partner across teams: Work with Product, Engineering, Sales, and CS to ensure content aligns with customer needs.

• Continuously improve: Spot inefficiencies, propose better workflows, and help scale production as our library grows.

• Experience in a structured, high-performance environment (consulting, strategy, operations, startups, etc.).

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; you’re highly organized and can juggle multiple projects at once.

• Clear communication and writing ability; you make complex topics simple and engaging.
