The team you will be a part of
The Gladiator marketing team reports to the Brand & Product Senior Marketing Manager over CPG brands (everydrop, affresh & Swash) and Gladiator brand. The team of marketing, product, sales & operations collaborate to develop & execute strategies to deliver the brand promise and launch consumer solutions to the market place.
This role in summary
This role leads strategic positioning for Gladiator brand, building the near- and long-term paths to brand and business growth across managed consumer touchpoints of the consumer journey (media, content, and on-site/off-site). They are responsible for influencing brand Reasons-To-Believe through strategic benefit space identification for product development, current product communications, and launch asset creation supporting all channels.
Your responsibilities will include
- Develop the brand vision and near- and long-term strategy to achieve it.
- Build followership and govern the brand vision and strategy through devices like Brand Book, Creative Strategy, and mapping the desired consumer experience.
- Set brand health targets and track KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
- Develop retailer paid media strategies partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless full funnel communications plan
- Develop integrated retailer strategies and build relationships with retail partners.
- Oversee retail paid media performance and ensure it meets strategic & operational ROI/ROAS objectives.
- Collaborate with product launch teams to develop launch plans to achieve project targets.
- Partner with the D2C team to improve user engagement and satisfaction through content strategies.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of marketing, brand management or, media or creative agency experience
Preferred skills and experiences
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or Marketing
- Experience developing product positioning and launching new products across Integrated Marketing Campaigns leveraging consumer insights and data
- Ability to influence and lead others, including those outside of the Marketing function
- Media budget ownership experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of independence
- 3+ years of Consumer Packaged Goods ( CPG ) marketing experience
