Job Title: Warehouse Operations Asset Auditor
Credentials: None required for this position.
Education: High school diploma or GED
Training or experience required: Minimum of 1 year with computer experience using word processing, databases, and spreadsheets preferred. Must be able to maintain site asset information.
Site: Warehouse
Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor
Contract: 260 Days
Salary Schedule: Secretary 1
FLSA Classification:Non-exempt
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform secretarial duties for the Warehouse Asset Management.
- Maintain records of appraisals of assets and an accounting of site assets.
- Must be able report discrepancies or problems to the Warehouse Assistant in writing.
- Must be able to coordinate work schedules assigned with site personnel when needed
- Must be willing to be available to meet vendors at sites to inspect and verify deliveries of assets
- Assimilate data, prepare daily, weekly and other orders and reports as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Successful performance of the job requires good customer service/people skills to resolve problems and provide information as requested. It requires following safety guidelines and policies to reduce accident or injury to self. It requires following school district dress standards, proper attendance or leave policies, and other work-habits concerns. Creativity, initiative and effective problem solving are important to the success of the position. An incumbent should be comfortable interacting with the general public and news media at all times in a confident and friendly manner. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
