Do you have a background in Production IT and strong experience in Information Security? Are you able to take regional responsibility for steering and clearly articulating Production IT business needs and direction to senior stakeholders? Then we are looking for you!
Join our new regional teams driving and uplifting our Production IT and Security posture across all End-to-End Supply Chain sites. Together with other regional leads, you will support Europe’s largest dairies through implementation and maintenance plans—standardising and uplifting Production IT solutions and security. You will personally own regional responsibilities for supporting, standardising and uplifting Production IT systems, aligning sites with central security initiatives and requirements.
In this role, you can be based at our Leeds Head Office or a production site. This is a remote-first role with 50–70% travel within your region.

How you will make an impact
Overall, you will be part of the cross-region “Production IT Infrastructure & Security Support Team,” taking regional responsibility for Production IT and Security across assigned sites. Using deep domain knowledge of Production IT (OT) infrastructure, networks, servers and clients, you will collaborate closely with site IT technicians, Central Infrastructure Solutions, Security Operations and the CISO to drive improvements, maintenance and security initiatives. You will also coordinate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of standards, business continuity plans and patching requirements from an IT perspective. Your responsibilities will be:
- Leading and engaging sites on IT security patch plans and maintenance, NIS2 requirements and actions, incident response and standardisation assistance.
- Supporting and uplifting Production IT (OT) infrastructure across sites, aligning with central security initiatives and requirements.
- Coordinating with senior stakeholders to align on standards, business continuity plans, and patching roadmaps.
- Driving continuous improvement in OT infrastructure in collaboration with central and site teams.
- Ensuring robust disaster recovery strategies and testing are in place and maintained.
- Facilitating clear communication of technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitoring and reporting on regional security posture, risks and mitigation plans.
- Contributing to harmonised ways of working and documentation across regions
What will make you successful
You may have an educational background within Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. Most importantly, you have years of professional experience in Production IT Infrastructure and Security across servers and backup, firewalls and networks, or a strong background in FMCG OT production environments in implementation and/or maintenance.
The ideal candidate will also bring;
- Knowledge of NIS2, NIST and IEC 62443-3 standards
- Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining disaster recovery strategies.
- Expertise in risk assessment and business continuity planning to ensure critical operations continue during disruptions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in multicultural environments and are proficient in English written and spoken.
