🔍The Role:

 The Institutional Business Development Executive will be part of the global business development team, reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer. The main objective will be to on-board institutional clients from their existing networks, to make immediate impact.


🚀 How You Can Make a Difference:

  • Business Development Management role to drive revenue from FX products and associated technology as well as taking ownership of the Group’s institutional liquidity offering from a client facing perspective, including profiling, technical business development responsibility and management of the Group’s client facing analytics offering.
  • Leverage their existing network and industry experience / profile to further client acquisition and improve the brand perception across the globe. Represent the company at industry events including conferences, panel moderation or participation.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the industry’s technology requirements and liaise with both internal and external business stakeholders to facilitate relationships and further distribution across both established and developing technology channels including ECNs and bridge networks.
  • Contribute to Scope Prime’s institutional product strategy, planning, development, and delivery pipeline where appropriate
  • Contribute to the Scope Prime institutional marketing strategy where appropriate
  • Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role, including all relevant regulatory and legislative training
  • When dealing with all customers, clients or colleagues ensure that we provide a clear, fair and consistent high-quality service that presents a professional and positive image of Scope Prime
  • Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality
  • Meeting KPIs and exceeding revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Contributing to trading volume and PnL increase
  • Be pro-active and work towards a supportive environment for the clients of the Group


     🎯Requirements: 

    • Proven experience as a Business Development professional within the FX/CFD sector
    • Extensive experience in Equities, FX, Indices, Commodities and Crypto products
    • Experience in relationship management and client retention
    • Language skills would be highly beneficial but not essential for a suitable candidate.
    • Business Development Management experience preferred or a demonstrable ability to work to business development performance targets
    • A leadership track record within institutional FX including trading, market making or similar.
    • Knowledge of other asset classes is also preferable
    • A broad knowledge and understanding of the FX industry beyond mere brokerage to include banks, wealth managers and other institutional styles of customer.
    • A strong knowledge of FX market technology and connectivity protocols and ability to maintain that as current
    • Commercially and strategically minded with a strong focus on revenue generation
    • An essential ability to build solid working relationships with key stakeholders both internal and externally
