As a Scheduling Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of daily trading operations—ensuring our European energy portfolio runs smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where precision, collaboration, and agility are essential. What You’ll Do
- Manage and report on the European scheduling portfolio
- Communicate with counterparties to ensure accurate and timely data exchange
- Maintain and update our portfolio in the EDM system, including onboarding/offboarding
- Interface with energy market data hubs to support client offerings
- Collaborate closely with ETRM Traders, Back Office, and the wider Supply & Trading team
- Monitor portfolio changes and proactively identify areas for correction or improvement
What You Bring
- Experience in data reporting and control (preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under time pressure
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools
- Strong communication skills in English; other European languages are a plus
- Degree in Technology, Energy, or a related analytical field
