We are adding an Executive Assistant to the GPN team! You will support approximately 3-5 senior level executive leaders in our Downers Grove corporate office and play a vital role in managing the day-to-day activities for our leaders and the organization. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week onsite and can flex as needed. 

Responsibilities include:

• Provide high level administrative support to VP level executives
• Maintain and coordinate complex, multiple calendar schedules
• Coordinate domestic and international travel including flights, hotels and transportation
• Expense report execution and completion
• Execute heavy onsite meeting coordination including detailed meeting preparation
• Proactive management of schedules and protecting the time of the executive and their team
• Maintain a high level of confidentially, professionalism and integrity across all levels of interaction.
• Manage special projects when requested that involve a high level of logistical thought
• Be an active and collaborative member of the US and Global based administrative team
• Provide backup support to other executive assistants as needed for meetings and coverage as well as front desk coverage when needed
• Liaison with EA Team Lead on executive related internal and external meetings, strategic initiatives and events as requested

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting executive level managers 
• Associates degree preferred or equivalent work history within a corporate office
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS and CoPilot)

Compensation for roles at Glanbia varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.  Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in IL. The annual salary for IL based employees for this role is $80,000-100,000 plus an annual bonus. This range may not be applicable to other locations. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role.
