Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Level 2 Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of hands-on experience servicing medical imaging equipment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining diagnostic imaging systemsâincluding but not limited to X-ray, mammography, CT, and MRIâand capable of working independently in healthcare environments.

What Youâll Do:⢠Perform inspections, calibrations, installations, upgrades, and repairs on a range of radiology imaging equipment (X-ray, Mammo, CT, MRI)⢠Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision⢠Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure compliance with performance and safety standards⢠Collaborate with OEM technical support and healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding service⢠Maintain detailed service records and documentation for compliance and reporting⢠Provide equipment demonstrations and in-service training for healthcare staff when needed

What Youâll Need (Requirements):
⢠Minimum 5 years of experience in servicing diagnostic imaging equipment required⢠Associate or bachelorâs degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fieldâor equivalent military/technical experience⢠Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair imaging systems independently⢠Strong mechanical, electrical, and computer skills; adept with test equipment and diagnostic software⢠Familiarity with OEM service documentation, safety regulations, and industry standards⢠Excellent communication and customer service skills⢠Dependable, flexible, and able to manage travel schedules (including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed)
