Job Title: Client Relationship Coordinator
Location: East Coast USA - remote
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Due to growth within our existing Customer Relations Team, we have a new and exciting opportunity for a Client Relationship Coordinator to join us on a full-time and permanent basis.
This position can be fully remote within the US however, there will be the expectation of travel to our Virginia office for onboarding and associated training.
About the role
In this role, you will provide invaluable support to both new and existing clients within the System Certification area of our business. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients following the contractual agreement process between our sales department and individual clients in relation to ISO standards.
The exceptional customer experience you provide is crucial, ensuring our clients have the necessary tools and system access to ensure their organization is the best it can be.
This is an incredibly varied role which includes onboarding new clients, processing sales applications, and providing an efficient and comprehensive administrative service to both clients and colleagues.
Additional responsibilities include:
Support internal sales teams in the development of new proposals and quotations for clients.
Assist in aligning contract renewal quotes with current pricing and T&Cs.
Creating appropriate job numbers for internal teams to schedule ISO audits with clients.
Act as liaison for our internal certification review team to resolve any certification issues.
Provide regular updates to clients based on their certification status.
Manage and maintain shared email inboxes with multiple types of internal and external client inquiries.
To be successful in the role, you will have:

A desire and willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience of SAP or Salesforce would be desirable.
Additional languages such as Spanish, French or Portuguese would be desirable.

The salary for this position can range from $59,500.00 - $70,000.00 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
