TITLE:                                    Sr Project Manager

HOURS:                                  Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

DUTIES:                                 Lead the modernization of legacy systems to scalable, cloud-based architectures by guiding teams in utilizing AWS and Azure to enhance system performance and scalability.
Manage the design and deployment of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker to automate deployments, improving system reliability and reducing downtime.
Guide the optimization of microservices-based architectures with advanced database designs, Redis caching, and RESTful APIs to enhance system responsiveness and scalability.
Assist in ensuring compliance with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations by proactively managing security frameworks and mitigating risks.
Collect and document client requirements to ensure accurate and comprehensive information is provided.
Review and refine requirements with internal CRPMC business users and facilitate the application requirements for the IT team.
Draft and update internal CRPMC user manuals and standard work instructions (SWIs) for new releases and document functionality and workflow changes in modules.
Act as a liaison between external client users and CRPMC users.
Address and troubleshoot user issues, including login problems and order placement issues.
Provide training for new users.
Draft detailed status reports for unresolved issues.
Help triage and prioritize production support issues with CRPMC users.
Follow up on open tickets with the IT team.
Manage site admin rights and privileges to assist the operations team and perform certain application tasks and workflows as needed by the CRPMC team.
Collect and document user feedback and issues.
Discuss feedback internally with the CRPMC team and communicate details to the IT team.
Write and manage CRPMC COSMOS backlog items, including internal requirements.
Forward finalized requirements to the IT team.
Liaise with the IT team on current releases.
Provide timely status updates to clients on ongoing implementations and releases.
Support internal CRPMC teams during UAT.                                                                                                                                   

REQUIREMENTS:                  MINIMUM Education Requirement: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field of study. MINIMUM Experience Requirement:  5 years of technical experience in Software Development or Project Management, Client Services, Healthcare Management, or related experience. Alternative Education and Experience Requirement:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field of study plus 7 years of technical experience in Software Development or Project Management, Client Services, Healthcare Management, or related experience.  Required knowledge or experience with: Administrative support experience; Experience with backlog management and release coordination; PMP certification; AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, ASG) and Azure for scalable and secure cloud architectures; CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Docker for automated deployments and system reliability; Experience with microservices architecture, .NET, Angular, and MVC frameworks; Program management with experience in Agile methodologies, JIRA for project tracking, budget management ($1M–$5M), and cross-functional team leadership; Experience in life sciences, Bio services, and healthcare management, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory compliance; and Comprehensive understanding of GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, including risk management and security frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary pay range estimated for this position Sr Project Manager based inMaryland is $150,426.00–$186,000.00.
