With 100+ locations and over 400 OB/GYNs and specialists across the country, Women’s Care provides comprehensive patient care in obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, gynecologic pathology, breast surgery, genetic counseling, maternal fetal medicine, laboratory services, and fertility.
The Help Desk Administrator provides IT support to end users to resolve hardware and software issues throughout the organization.
- Assists end users in resolving hardware and software issues by fielding telephone calls and email communication. Diagnosing problems and performing troubleshooting activities for laptops, desktops and basic network equipment.
- Documents, tracks and monitors reported problems to facilitate timely resolutions.
- Utilizes ticket tracking systems to document user technical issues and resolutions.
- Participates in deployment projects with other IT teams and the company at large.
- Performs site visits to our various locations to help troubleshoot issues, proactively prevent issues as well as help with new initiatives.
- Be the face of IT to our users and approach all tasks with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- On-call during nights and weekends on a rotating basis.
- Demonstrates and embodies the Women’s Care mission and core values.
- Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience within IT.
- Must be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems and terminology.
- Familiar with Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, while effectively focusing on priority issues.
- Ability to create, document, and follow processes and procedures.
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
- Ability to work independently with minimum oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Industry appropriate IT certifications.
- Basic knowledge of networking and network equipment.
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell and scripting.
