About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated and inquisitive Data Insights Lead to join our team and grasp the opportunity to explore the depths of data captured & generated by our services.
In this role, you'll be granted the opportunity to explore our data assets to solve real-world problems and leverage the latest data analysis tools: learning to decipher relationships, patterns and identify hidden trends. The objective will be to assist in the development of innovative, customer-centric data-driven solutions as well as partnering with cross-functional teams to drive product efficiencies for our customers.
This role reports into our recently hired Head of Data Transformation within the Product Design team.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Exploration and Analysis: You'll take a data-driven approach to identifying root cause through the definition of views that will be valued by internal stakeholders and customers alike.
AI/ML Exposure: Gain exposure to advanced analytics and real-world experience in using artificial intelligence techniques.
Mini-projects: Collaborate and guide cross-functional teams through projects that achieve efficiencies and resolve challenges faced by our teams and customers.
Create Value: Leverage these experiences and your knowledge to drive the development of cutting-edge solutions that deliver value to our customers.
Client-Centric Perspective: Develop a foundational understanding of our clients' interactions with data providers, and begin to grasp how these insights can be transformed into valuable data products.
Collaboration and Learning: Work closely with the Head of Data Transformation and other team members, actively participating in knowledge-sharing and contributing to the commercialization of our data strategy.
