As a Management Associate Intern, you will join our Customer Success & Professional Services Organization and work closely with the leadership team on strategic initiatives. Depending on your interests and aspirations, you can either focus on shaping our internal processes or — if you are looking for direct customer exposure — take charge of your own customer cohort and guide them through their onboarding journey. Either way, you will contribute to meaningful outcomes while gaining exposure to different areas such as Product, Sales, Implementation, and Tech.


We are looking for ambitious students from leading universities and business schools (e.g. TUM, WHU, Mannheim, HSG, etc.) who want to grow at the intersection of business, technology, and digital transformation

Framework:
  • Full-time internship (4–6 months)
  • Location: Munich
  • On-site presence: 3 days per week

Your Responsibilities

Depending on your experience and personal profile, you will own projects or be assigned to a specific topic where you can drive real impact. Examples include:

  • Customer onboarding journey: Manage your own cohort of small and medium-sized businesses, guide them through onboarding in weekly sessions, and ensure they progress smoothly in their journey.
  • Process excellence & automation: Standardize and improve delivery processes, realize automation opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction while reducing manual effort.
  • Conceptualizing the future onboarding journey: Develop an improved onboarding framework, structure existing content, and collaborate with subject matter experts to create new material

Your Experience

  • You are a student at a top university / business school in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field at the intersection of business and IT/engineering.
  • Strong interest in strategy, digital processes, and customer experience.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills, with a structured and proactive mindset.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Previous internships or experience in consulting, SaaS, digital transformation, investment banking, or private equity are a strong plus.
  • A strong desire to build something and actively contribute to shaping scalable solutions.
