This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).
Responsibilities
- Develop custom solutions in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Field Service, etc.) and Power Platform.
- Design, code, test, and deploy enhancements, integrations, and configurations.
- Work on plugins, JavaScript, C#, Power Pages (Liquid code, Azure B2C auth), ASP.NET, and SQL.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and solution architects to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Participate in technical design sessions and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Support system integrations with third-party tools using Web APIs, Logic Apps, and Azure services.
- Assist in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and source control.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for clients’ Dynamics 365 environments.
- Contribute to project planning, estimates, documentation, and unit testing efforts.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft’s latest platform capabilities and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE development (Sales, Service, Field Service, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform
- Familiarity with Dual-write and Logic Apps, Power Pages and Copilot
- Proficient in:
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
- C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET, SQL
- Plugin development, workflows, custom integrations
- Experience with Azure tools and DevOps pipelines
- Solid understanding of application lifecycle and agile project delivery
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with US-based clients
- Flexible to work in 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM IST time zone
- Comfortable with a hybrid work model (3 days from office)
- Excellent team player, self-motivated and self-directed
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: Commensurate with Industry standards
