About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Practice Manager with strong healthcare experience to join our Darwin Clinic, NT on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will lead day-to-day clinic operations, support business growth, and ensure our team delivers exceptional patient care and client service.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operations Manager – WA/NT, you will:
Oversee all aspects of daily practice operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Coordinate and liaise with doctors and clinical teams
Manage accounts, budgets, and financial processes
Lead, mentor, and support administration and nursing staff
Drive high-quality patient service and communication
Develop business opportunities, particularly in Occupational Health services
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Proven leadership experience within healthcare (General Practice or Occupational Health preferred)
Strong people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Proficiency in medical software (desirable, training available)
Solid computer and organisational skills
