About the Role

This role responsible for implementing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, succession planning, organizational development, performance management, with the objective of establishing the best place to work and empowering A-Team to achieve the best version of themselves.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the design and implementation of talent programs (e.g., succession management, talent movement, talent  development, talent architecture)
  • Lead talent calibration tools and best practices, succession plans, and targeted development plans for successors and other high potential talent that align with organization needs
  • Leverage analytics to measure impact of talent actions and meaningful talent actions
  • Create and updating policy or procedure regarding talent movement
  • ​​Develop curriculum and development strategy in order to support organization goals
  • Ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate, relevant and effective
  • Collaborate with People Operation and Analytics to implement performance management cycle
  • Ensure the competency dictionary are relevant based on organization needs
  • Managing the regular update of the company’s organizational structure
  • Managing the creation and development of job descriptions to ensure that all jobs are accurately described
  • Collaborate with People Journey to developing, applying, and processing the Employee Engagement Survey (create and implementing the survey, analysis, and processing the findings)
  • Create engaging and accessible educational materials, workshops, and resources to enhance financial understanding.
  • Stay abreast of developments in financial services, regulations, and educational strategies to ensure the continuous improvement of financial literacy programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • Master’s degree, MBA, or certifications in HR/Talent is a plus
  • Minimal 10+ years of progressive HR/talent experience, including 3–5+ years in a senior or strategic leadership role
  • Proven success in leading talent management or organizational development at scale
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed environments (e.g., tech, FMCG, financial services)
  • Strong expertise in workforce planning, succession, and leadership development
  • Analytical mindset and comfort with talent analytics, skills gap analysis, and organizational design
  • Ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders across regions and functions
  • Team leadership and capability to manage cross-functional initiatives
