On-Call Nurse Practitioner for Ennoble Care
Ennoble Care is value-based and tech-enabled organization that is investor backed and is seeking talented clinicians to further our mission of delivering best in class primary and palliative care in homes.
Ennoble Care is currently looking for an enthusiastic and independent Nurse Practitioner to join our home-based primary care practice to cover on-call hours on a weekly basis.
Ennoble Care Housecalls is a group of physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners visiting seniors at home. Through regular home visits and a proactive approach to coordination of care, we are able to monitor and maintain the health and wellbeing of our patients, keeping them healthy at home.
Position Overview/Purpose:
Responsible for providing medical care to primary care and palliative patients in New York region. We need someone to help on-call services between the hours of 6pm-8:30. The call volume is around 2-4 calls per evening and are done via telehealth. Must be licensed and board certified in NY.
Rate of Pay=$500 per week with room for additional compensation
Qualifications/Skills:
- NP certification in prospective state
- Strong people and rapport building skills with positive and personable demeanor
- Demonstrated collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong and confident presentation skills
- 1-2 years of primary care experience with older adults
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Communicate with robust office staff by secure messaging and phone for patient related needs
