ZAI has an exciting opportunity for a Task Leader to support our project in College Park, MD. This is a hybrid position, allowing for both onsite and remote work.

The Task Leader will be responsible for analyzing incoming documents and reports for completeness and compliance with customer guidelines, ensuring accurate data capture in databases and IT systems. The ideal candidate will also perform quality control, manage both paper and electronic records, and provide input for periodic reports.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and review documents for completeness and compliance with established guidelines.

  • Capture pertinent information into databases and IT systems.

  • Perform accurate, timely data entry using multiple screens in customer systems.

  • Classify, index, and assign records appropriately.

  • Maintain paper and electronic records in accordance with guidelines.

  • Collect statistics and assist with periodic reporting.

  • Implement SOPs and provide training to staff as required.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in records and document management.

  • Minimum 3 years of document processing experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience performing quality control of regulatory documents.

  • Proficiency in reading, analyzing, classifying, and interpreting complex regulatory submissions.

  • Experience with document tracking, records inventory, and scanning.

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
