Position Details:

• Schedule: Part-time, seasonal (2–3 days per week now through fall)

• Shifts: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• Pay: Tipped position with guaranteed wage of $21.67 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to poolside guests

• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and accuracy of all drink orders

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, including restocking supplies

• Check guest identification to verify legal drinking age

• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly

• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service at all times

• Assist in keeping the pool area tidy and welcoming

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience preferred

• Valid Maine liquor license (or ability to obtain) required

• Strong knowledge of mixology and drink preparation techniques

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, work on your feet for extended periods, and handle a fast-paced environment

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak season days as scheduled
