POSITION TITLE:   LTS- Elementary Teacher, Grade 1, Hereford Elementary 

REPORTS TO:         Building Principal

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Long Term Substitute Teacher (beginning on approximately (12/23/25- 3/23/25)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• PDE Elementary Teaching Certification

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Provide instruction to Elementary students
• Communicates with parents about students' progress
• Provides an educational atmosphere consistent with instructional goals
• Plans, develops, writes, and implements curriculum and educational programs in accordance with educational/treatment goals and students' abilities
• Manages student behavior to encourage best possible student educational experience
• Evaluates students' academic growth, keeps appropriate records and prepares progress reports.

• FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
• School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)
