TERRITORY SALES CONSULTANT (OKLAHOMA CITY, OK) presso Oklahoma Blood Institute

Our Blood Institute is actively seeking an Territory Sales Consultant who is self-motivated, ambitious, and always looking for growth. We are looking for a candidate who wants a position that's equal parts sales, project management, networking, event planning, marketing... your every day life-saver! Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Days: Monday through Friday; some weekends

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; some evenings

Salary Range: Competitive salary, commission plan, and excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, long term disability, 401(k), paid time off, $5,000 annual tuition reimbursement and holiday pay;$500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year!

Required:

• Experience in public speaking, networking, and planning
• Valid Drivers License
• Must be 21 years old of age or older
• Must provide Motor Vehicle Report with zero points and no moving traffic violations in the past 3 years
• Associate's/Bachelor's Degree preferred

Primary Responsibilities: AKA the fun stuff and what you will actually do..

• Stay on top of trends and come up with fresh ideas that stand out to retain and recruit blood drives
• Market and promote blood drives in schools, businesses, and communities (get creative-we love fresh ideas!)
• Pitch and present to community leaders and partners who can help bring your drives to life
• Build real community relationships; you'll attend meetings, mixers, and events where you'll connect with both seasoned supporters and first-time hosts. You'll get people excited, informed, and ready to be part of something bigger
• Plan and coordinate events that make donors feel excited, welcome, and proud to give
• Manage logistics like a pro: timelines, volunteers, supplies, and follow-ups
• Own your calendar and goals-but you're never doing it alone (our team = 🔥)
