This is for scheduled Nuggets games only; this area is not open unless there is a Nuggets game.

Responsibilities:
Assemble orders with product received from the In-Seat Kitchen and In-Seat Bar for delivery by In-Seat Runners to guests at Ball Arena

• Assemble orders with product received from the In-Seat Kitchen and In-Seat Bar for delivery by In-Seat Runners to guests at Ball Arena
• Leads the food runners and coordinates accurate delivery of orders and putting drinks and food on the same tray with ticket.
• Responsible for safety standards, neatness and sanitation of work areas.
• Follows assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation.
• Participates as a team player with specific responsibilities as related to preparation, excellent service and delivery of product. When slow helps reach out to people who were not in their seats when delivery was attempted.
• Adhere to company guidelines for appearance and uniform standards.
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary training preferred
• Must have at least One(1) year working in a fast paced high-end club, or restaurant
• Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays. expected availability all Nuggets games including Christmas, MLK day & St Patrick's day
• Ability to stand for entirety of shift, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms. Hear directions and communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds; and help stock and set stand for success.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
