Job Summary:
The Director of Central Operations Automation and Efficiency will work at both a strategic and tactical level in support of the Market and Operations teams. This role will assist in the development and execution of our automation strategy in support of delivering service and financial improvements across the organization. This role is responsible to partner with Operations and the Markets to identify a robust inventory of potential automation or technology supported processes and functions, overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of these items. This role is also responsible for developing the business cost and opportunity statements for each identified project and ensuring value is being delivered post deployment. This will be a highly matrixed role and requires thoughtful collaboration with operations and market leaders. This role will partner with the IT program leaders and other functional leaders to ensure effective coordination and alignment of technology-related initiatives within the overall program.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead in the development and execution of our automation strategy in support of delivering service and financial improvements across the organization.
- Partner with Operations and the Markets to identify a robust inventory of potential automation or technology supported processes and functions, overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of these items.
- Develop, in partnership with the IT program leadership, comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- In partnership with Finance and Operations leaders, develop the business cost and opportunity statements for each identified project and ensure value is being delivered post deployment.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of multiple projects within the program, ensuring interdependencies are identified and addressed.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration channels with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Monitor program progress, track key milestones, and proactively identify risks and issues, taking appropriate actions to mitigate their impact.
- Conduct regular program reviews and provide status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the program team and across the organization.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria, ensuring their integration within the overall program framework.
- Ensure effective change management strategies are implemented, supporting stakeholders through program transitions and adoption of new initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, identifying opportunities to drive innovation and improve program outcomes.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in operations.
- Experience in homecare, healthcare, healthcare services and/or private equity ownership preferred.
- Experience in partnering on IT-related projects is desired.
- Experience supporting senior management including thought leadership and support.
Salary Range:
- $165,000-175,000
