The RFP team helps to acquire new business by responding to investment proposals from potential clients (including central banks, pension funds, insurance companies and distributors) using a project management approach. The main responsibilities of an RFP Writer are to prepare our response to these requests for proposals (RFPs) across various asset classes (traditional, specialist and alternatives).

Your role

  • Reporting to the Head of Consultant Databases and International RFPs - LDN, you will be accountable for completing Pictet Asset Management’s re-sponses to RFPs and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for investment management services, to international clients. 
  • Lead the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs and DDQs, from initial kick-off through to submission, ensuring deadlines are met and responses are of the highest quality.
  • Draft, edit and tailor comprehensive qualitative responses that are clearly articulated, ensuring consistency and alignment with client requirements.
  • Proactively engage with subject matter experts (e.g., investment teams, product specialists, sales, compliance, legal, operations) to source, validate and refine content, while building strong working relationships across the organisation.
  • Establish effective working relationships with other team members across London, Geneva, New York and Zurich as well as with other Pictet Asset Management and Pictet staff globally.

Your profile

  • Educated to undergraduate degree level and holder of the IMC.
  • Three to five years’ experience in an RFP role within an asset manager, incorporating coverage of multiple product types with a focus on qualitative documents.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising workload and managing timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Interest in new generative AI tools and technology would be advantageous.
