What you’ll be doing.

Working within the Medical Technology (Meditec) Division, at ZEISS, we are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to:

  • Proactively update the customer and internal stakeholders to ensure maximum customer satisfaction within Salesforce.

  • Enable accurate and timely service order processing and invoicing in SAP.

  • Process credits, returns, repairs and warranty replacements.

  • Generate quotes.

  • Liaise with customers and regional managers.

  • Investigate and action disputes.

  • Provide general administration support

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong customer focus, collaborative mindset.

  • Salesforce experience.

  • SAP S/4 experience.

  • Microsoft Office skills.

  • Good communicator.
