You'll be part of our dynamic Legal team working globally across most functions, where collaboration and mutual support are key values. You bring 2+ years of experience in compliance, legal or management systems, with a proven ability to navigate regulatory environments. Your strong business sense and practical approach will help you shape the future of Compliance, directly contributing to our success. Be part of growing Netlight.   Your Role  Your role features a comprehensive range of compliance activities, with key responsibilities including: - Leading audit preparation and execution for regulatory requirements and industry standards- Quickly growinginto the role as Program Manager for Netlight's global certification portfolio and audit processes (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TISAX AL3) - Managing and harmonizing multiple certification programs, creating an integrated compliance framework that efficiently addresses various requirements under a unified approach- Acting as a compliance partner to senior business stakeholders, collaborating to develop strategic compliance governance frameworks - Driving organizational readiness for compliance in digital operations, ensuring adherence to certification standards, evolving regulations and internal policies - Leading compliance education initiatives and implementing awareness measures - Identifying, assessing, controlling, and monitoring compliance-related risks Qualifications - University degree in law or a related field, e.g., Master of Laws (LL.M.). - 2+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, management systemsor a comparable field of activity - Experience in process and project management - Experience in auditpreparation and execution - Strong interest in working with certification systems and regulations (e.g. ISO 27001, GDPR) and their applications in organizational compliance frameworks - Solid understanding of IT processes, architectures, and applications - Fluent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal You are - detail-oriented, analytical and structured with a strong understanding of legal and business contexts. - collaborative and a confident communicator, able to build trust quickly across teams and engage effectively with stakeholders. - a business driver that connects compliance initiatives to organizational success, finding pragmatic solutions - entrepreneurial and self-motivated, comfortable taking initiative in uncharted territory and working independently. What we offer - Exciting, international work environment with continuous personal development opportunities - Long-term career path with regular evaluation, mentorship, coaching, and knowledge-sharing culture - Collaboration with a dynamic, supportive Legal team in Munich as well as our global Legal Team - Deutschlandticket - Phone & laptop, also for private use - Yoga & gym - 30 vacation days - Mental health & parental support offerings - Regular team events, offsites etc. - Opportunities for networking and career exploration within the company Please read the required qualifications carefully and note that business fluency in German language is a necessary requirement. If we find that your profile matches what we are looking for, we will get back to you within two weeks of applying.  Candidarsi ora
