We Are Looking For You  

We're seeking a vibrant individual with entrepreneurial spirit and a business-driven mindset for a full-time (100%) Compliance Manager position based in Munich. You'll be part of our dynamic Legal team working globally across most functions, where collaboration and mutual support are key values. 
You bring 2+ years of experience in compliance, legal or management systems, with a proven ability to navigate regulatory environments. You combine strategic insight with hands-on experience and are recognized as a trusted advisor who can connect compliance initiatives to organizational needs and outcomes.

Your Role  

Your role features a comprehensive range of compliance activities, with key responsibilities including: 

- Leading audit preparation and execution for regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Quickly growinginto the role as Program Manager for Netlight's global certification portfolio and audit processes (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TISAX AL3) 
- Managing and harmonizing multiple certification programs, creating an integrated compliance framework that efficiently addresses various requirements under a unified approach
- Acting as a compliance partner to senior business stakeholders, collaborating to develop strategic compliance governance frameworks 
- Driving organizational readiness for compliance in digital operations, ensuring adherence to certification standards, evolving regulations and internal policies 
- Leading compliance education initiatives and implementing awareness measures 
- Identifying, assessing, controlling, and monitoring compliance-related risks 


Qualifications 

- University degree in law or a related field, e.g., Master of Laws (LL.M.). 
- 2+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, management systemsor a comparable field of activity 
- Experience in process and project management 
- Experience in auditpreparation and execution 
- Strong interest in working with certification systems and regulations (e.g. ISO 27001, GDPR) and their applications in organizational compliance frameworks 
- Solid understanding of IT processes, architectures, and applications 
- Fluent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal
