Yitty Active is currently looking for a passionate and experienced hands-on Marketplace Manager, based in Barcelona.

How Do You Fit In?
As the Marketplace Manager for Yitty Active, you will play a pivotal role in driving the brand’s growth across key third-party platforms. You will own and elevate our presence and performance on Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop, ensuring Yitty Active delivers a best-in-class customer experience while maximizing revenue opportunities. Your expertise in marketplace strategy and operations will be essential to strengthening brand equity, optimizing performance marketing and merchandising, and laying the groundwork for expansion into new regions such as Canada and Europe. In this role, you’ll act as a connector between brand vision and execution, ensuring Yitty Active continues to scale as a leader in inclusive, fashion-forward activewear.
This position will report to Yitty Active's General Manager.
What you'll do
Manage end-to-end storefronts and product listings (titles, content, imagery, video, brand stores) across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.
Maintain catalog health (taxonomy, attributes, variations, compliance, inventory status) to maximize discoverability and conversion.
Build and execute promotional plans aligned to the retail calendar, launches, and tentpoles.
Manage onsite mechanics (coupons, bundles, deals, packs) ensuring profitability and brand consistency.
Partner with Planning and 3PLs (FBA, WFS, TikTok Shop fulfillment) to plan replenishment, optimize storage/handling costs, and maintain in-stock levels.
Align demand with supply for launches/promos, monitor key health indicators, and adjust pacing to minimize OOS or overstock risk.
Track competitor activity, pricing, and promo strategies; maintain benchmarks and recommend actions to remain competitive and protect margins.
Optimize content and keywords to improve organic ranking, CTR, and CVR; partner with Creative to test and iterate PDPs and storefronts.
Drive a structured experimentation program (titles, imagery, A+ content, video, UGC), define hypotheses, measure results, and scale winning variants.
Lead weekly/monthly business reviews across sales, traffic, share of voice, content quality, ratings, returns, and margin.
Build dashboards, translate insights into roadmaps, and drive cross-functional actions.
Reduce return ratios by improving sizing guidance, PDP clarity, and root-cause fixes.
Collaborate with Media Buying, Planning, Merch, and Creative to align promotions, ads, and supply; evolve assets based on test learnings.
Support new product/category opportunities leveraging marketplace data and insights.
Support evaluation and execution of new marketplaces and regional expansions (e.g., Canada, Europe), including opportunity sizing, readiness, and localization.
What you'll bring?
3 to 5 years managing marketplaces; hands‑on with Amazon Seller/Vendor, Walmart Seller Center, and TikTok Shop preferred.
Strong grasp of marketplace SEO, content best practices, and merchandising mechanics
Analytical fluency (Excel/Sheets; BI tools; comfort with large datasets) and a bias for action
Proven ability to run structured A/B tests and translate insights into scalable improvements
Excellent cross‑functional collaboration with creative, performance marketing, supply/ops, and product creation
Fluency in English
Experience partnering with Inventory Planning/3PL to align media/promo levers with supply constraints
