| Responsibilities & Key Deliverables | Search and identify potential locations for corporate farming that align with company's agricultural objectives and leaseing greemnt |
| Secure proper arrangement and handling of fertilizer and pesticide at store- to prevent losses from theft or damage. | |
| Ensuring productivity while maintaining quality parmeters and budgets. | |
| Budget Tracking - Log all expenses regularly. This includes costs for inputs, equipment maintenance, labor, utilities, and any other expenditures related to farm operations. | |
| Organize and Maintain Machinery of farm operations. | |
| Develop a comprehensive inventory/record of all farm machinery. | |
| Ensure that the farm machinery operators are properly trained to handle the equipment safely and efficiently. | |
| Create comprehensive training materials that cover all the necessary aspects of farm activities. | |
| Prioritize safety training to ensure that all farm workers are aware of potential hazards and know how to use safety equipment properly. | |
| Ensure supervisors on the importance of accurate record-keeping and data analysis for better decision-making. | |
| Conduct team-building activities to foster a positive and cohesive work environment on the farm. | |
| Follow best practices for harvesting, handling, and packaging produce to minimize the risk of contamination. | |
| Identify the critical metrics that measure productivity in G0-G1 production & Improve Productivity/Benchmarking in G0-G1 production with major competitors | |
| New variety exposure, positioning and evaluation trials | |
| Preperation of Farm activity bills and tracking for payment. | |
