Pay Range: $22.07 to $33.11
Shift: Afternoon/Evenings
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Kwik Trip, Inc. has an opportunity for an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor. This person will lead and directly manage coworkers in the Kwik Trip Kitchens Plant (Warehouse) to ensure quality, safety, sanitation, and productivity expectations are met. This individual will:
- Coach, train, and confirm safety programs and policies to meet or exceed OSHA guidelines and requirements
- Monitor and verify quality assurance and sanitation requirements
- Coordinate labor to match standardized requirements and maintain production line standards
- Utilize and review our Manufacturing Execution System for a wide range of production documentation requirements
- Utilize Leader Standard Work
- Attend & lead Daily improvement meetings
- Create and update standard work, perform job instruction, understand and perform 8 step problem solving
- Utilize the Job Instruction method and Digital Standard Work platform to coach, train, confirm and mentor the team
Qualifications: Accurate/detail orientated; adhere to sanitation/hygiene standards; basic math aptitude; work in a safety conscious environment; ability to lead by example; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; ability to provide coworkers with timely and professional job performance feedback; willing to learn and perform a variety of job tasks; work in a fast-paced production environment; work with minimal supervision; strong desire to succeed; goal orientated. Physical qualifications: perform repetitive reaching/wrist/hand movements constantly; stand/walk up to 10 hours per shift constantly; push/pull up to 30 pounds of force; lift/carry up to 40 pounds; Work in temperatures of 35-80 degrees F.
Work Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday working 12:00pm to 10:00pm. Must have the flexibility to change work schedule if necessary.
