As a heavy-duty Custodial Associate, reporting to the Custodial Supervisor, you will be responsible for cleaning of all hard floor surfaces, power washing common area, removal of gum and the cleaning of all surfaces and the collection and removal of garbage from drop points to a garbage compactor. This position is early morning at 6 am -12 pm.
Must be comfortable working weekends and holidays.
Your work will include:
- Power wash curbside area
- Cleans glass and or high dust in areas requiring ladders or extension pole
- Washes large floor surface using mop, walk behind or a ride on floor machine
- Wipes high level ledges and windowsills
- Transports cleaning machinery, when necessary, between floors and work areas.
- Removes & transports garbage from drop points to garbage compactor

Qualifications:WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Must have 6 months or more experience operating cleaning equipment
- Must have a willingness to work with cleaning machines
- This requires a clear criminal record, no exceptions
