CTG is seeking to fill a ADM Business Analyst opening for our client in Houston, TX.
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple stakeholders.
Conduct impact and gap analysis to support solution design and delivery.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and users to define requirements and priorities.
Perform process mapping and use case mapping to ensure clarity of business needs.
Analyze business cases and provide guidance to technical teams and vendors.
Act as liaison between business lines and the development team to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented.
Support all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Skills:
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the SDLC.
Proven ability in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Proficiency in impact analysis and gap analysis.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
Skilled in process and use case mapping.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Superior communication and interpersonal abilities to work across technical and non-technical groups.
Experience:
Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in application development and maintenance (ADM) environments.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders, users, technical teams, and vendors.
Track record of successfully guiding requirements from gathering to implementation.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
