This is a part-time position requiring 3 days per week, 4-6 hours per day, 15-20 hours per week with Monday as a preferred work day.

• Provides information to callers, composes and types correspondence, opens and sorts incoming mail, and performs other administrative and clerical duties for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
• Prepares Accounts Payable vouchers for CFO approval and initiates ACH payments.
• Assists with the administration of company insurance policies. Maintains Certificate of Insurance files.
• Coordinates Corporate credit cards.
• Assists with administrative fleet mileage, billing and renewal of fleet registrations.
• Prepares, records and reconciles all activity involving stockholders' Life Insurance Trust Fund.
• Assists Chair of the Board of Directors (BOD)-schedule meetings, assembles/distributes packets.
• Interacts with landlords.
• Maintains certain contact lists/phone chains.
• Maintains Executive Assistant procedure manual.
• Adheres to record retention/destruction guidelines.
• Assists with annual bank meeting packet prep.
• Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant.
• Excellent communicator in both written and verbal forms.
• Highly organized.
• Able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
• Able to meet deadlines.
• Able to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Basic skills in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive).
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft (Word, Excel).
• Must have a valid PA Class "C" Driver's License.
• Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
