Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate immigration filings, including visa/work permit applications and renewals, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
- Partner with external vendors to manage work visas, permits, and permanent residency applications across global entities.
- Assist in responding to inquiries regarding immigration case statuses, primarily for U.S. and Canadian cases.
- Communicate immigration requirements, government procedures, and timelines to HR partners, employees, and business leaders.
- Prepare travel letters, employment verification requests, and onboarding documentation (e.g., I-9 forms) for visa holders and business travelers.
- Support global relocations and temporary assignments, including immigration, employment, and tax-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on immigration cases, relocations, and business travel.
- Review and approve invoices; support documentation and process maintenance.
- Contribute to internal content creation for mobility webpages and knowledge articles.
- Participate in global mobility project initiatives and stay current on industry trends.
- Ensure adherence to Global Mobility policies and procedures, including compliance with country laws and employee benefits.
- Support effective operations through process documentation and timely communications.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, legal studies, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in immigration services and cross-border business travel.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with stakeholders across HR, operations, and leadership levels.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and explaining complex topics to non-experts.
- Agile mindset with a focus on process improvement and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience in remote-first environments.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and mobility/vendor platforms.
- Familiarity with immigration laws across multiple countries.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR/SPHR, GPHR, GMS-T).
- Prior experience in a global consulting firm is a plus.
