Sr Recruiter
Notified is seeking a strong Sr Recruiter. In this role you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire high-quality candidates in alignment with departmental goals. This role partners closely with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, advise on best practices, and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified applicants. Key duties include screening applications, conducting interviews, coordinating interviews, extending offers and creating offer letters.
Essential Duties
Recruitment & Hiring
- Lead full-cycle recruitment to meet divisional hiring goals while ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws.
- Partner with hiring managers to assess needs, advise on best practices, and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates; recommend top applicants for next round interviews.
- Use creative sourcing techniques and social media to build talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with external search firms to expand candidate pipelines.
- Create offer letters and extend offers to new hires.
Process Management & Documentation
- Ensure quality applicant flow and maintain accurate documentation of candidate evaluations and hiring decisions.
- Identify and report hiring challenges; recommend process improvements.
- Attend career fairs and represent the company to attract talent.
Project & Team Support
- Assist with departmental projects, including documentation, reporting, and status updates.
- Maintain organized project files and communicate progress to project leads.
- Foster positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring high-quality customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Associate's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, human resources management, or a related field required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
Experience
Minimum Four years recruiting experience required preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
2 Years of technical recruitment experience
Full cycle recruitment experience
Expertise in sourcing and social media including Linkedin and other social media platforms.
Experience with offer negotiations and extending offer letters.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Other
Suite of office software packages, Excel
Oracle and Workday a plus
