About the Role
Are you a dynamic HR professional ready to make a real impact? At Crown Australia, we’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide both strategic and operational HR support across our Western Region. In this generalist role, you’ll work closely with Branch Managers to deliver initiatives that drive performance, build capability, and enhance employee engagement. Supported by and reporting to the Human Resources Operations Manager, you will have end-to-end accountability for the HR function across your designated branches, you'll play a key role in areas such as recruitment and resource management, coaching and supporting managers, driving training and development, managing performance and ensuring consistent, compliant HR practices across your region.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to deliver effective people solutions that align with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategy.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership, performance and workforce planning.
- Participate in and support HR projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
About You:
- Proven experience in a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills.
- A passion for people, culture and making work a better and more positive environment.
- A proactive approach to solving problems and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence to coach, challenge and collaborate with leaders at all levels of business.
