As our Workplace Concierge, you’ll be the face of our flagship office, delivering exceptional front-of-house service with professionalism, energy, and style. From welcoming clients and visitors to keeping daily operations running smoothly, you’ll play a key role in making our workplace feel polished, vibrant, and effortless.
What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact - welcoming visitors, clients, and staff while managing check-ins
- Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, events, and provide executive and board support
- Keep the office humming - manage supplies, kitchen restocking, and equipment upkeep
- Support smooth operations - handle invoices, service requests, and maintenance needs
- Promote a safe, secure, and comfortable workplace for everyone
What you’ll bring:
- Customer service experience with a natural flair for people and presentation
- Confident communication skills and a proactive, can-do approach
- Professional presence and ability to engage with clients and stakeholders
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and standard workplace tech
- Strong organisational skills and a knack for prioritising
