Step into the world of Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, where culinary excellence and a passion for service define every guest experience. We are seeking a talented, motivated, and detail-oriented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic Mode Kitchen & Bar Team and help create unforgettable dining moments for every guest.

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in our kitchen brigade, working closely with our Sous Chefs and Chef de Cuisine to deliver world-class cuisine using the finest seasonal ingredients. Your passion for food, precision, and teamwork will ensure that every dish reflects the quality and craftsmanship synonymous with the Four Seasons brand.
 

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in your assigned section

• Ensure all food preparation meets the hotel’s standards of excellence, consistency, and presentation

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your station while following food safety and hygiene standards

• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes and refine existing menu items

• Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management as required

• Support junior team members with training, mentoring, and daily guidance

• Work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude

• Uphold the highest standards of kitchen operations and guest satisfaction
 

What You Will Bring:
• Previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining or luxury hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety protocols
• A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering excellence in every plate
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performance team
• A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to continuously learn and grow
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
• Formal culinary qualifications are preferred
