Licensed Capacity: 95 places
Hourly Rate: $45.53 – $51.17 per hour (depending on experience and level)

About the Role

Busy Bees at Rivergums is seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our service. With a licensed capacity of 95 children, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, mentoring your team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and care.

As a Centre Director, you will:

• Provide inspirational leadership and guidance to educators
• Oversee all centre operations including compliance, staffing, budgeting, and occupancy
• Ensure alignment with EYLF, NQS, and ACECQA standards
• Foster strong partnerships with families and the wider community
• Collaborate with the Educational Leader to deliver innovative, child-led learning programs
• Promote Busy Bees’ values of Care, Quality, Service, and Value in everyday practice

What You’ll Need

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Proven experience in a leadership role within early education
• In-depth knowledge of compliance, EYLF, and NQS standards
• Current Working with Children Check (WA)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
• Full Australian working rights
