Are you passionate about delivering high-impact events for the European Union? ICF Next is looking to connect with experienced Event Specialists to support future EU projects focused on innovation, sustainability, and institutional communication.

What You’ll Do
Plan and manage logistics for in-person, hybrid, and online events across Europe.
Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources to maximize value for both agency and client.
Coordinate registration, travel, and accommodation for participants.
Manage external suppliers, venues, and local partners.
Provide hands-on leadership during event execution to ensure smooth operations and exceptional delivery.
Collaborate with creative teams to bring bold, audience-centric concepts to life—on brand and within budget.
Operate platforms like CVENT, B2Match, Zoom, Webex, MS Teams, Interactio, and Sli.do.
Deliver innovative solutions aligned with client objectives and a commitment to excellence.
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 5 years of experience in event management.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Fluent in English; other EU languages are a plus.
Curious about how AI can enhance event planning and delivery.
