JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shuttle Operation - Operate, on a scheduled basis, a CCHMC shuttle Bus (15 passenger or under only) or any other CCHMC vehicle. Provide transportation to and from off-site parking and between campus and off campus sites.

  • Compliance - Comply with all Parking & Transportation department policies regarding the use of vehicles.

  • Vehicle Maintenance - Maintain a clean and safe vehicle. Ensure work areas are organized and present a safe, accessible, effective and efficient environment. Provide a safe and smooth shuttle experience for employees and visitors.

  • Customer Service - Meet and exceed expectations through consistent delivery of customer service to passengers and visitors.

  • Special Assignments - Perform other driving duties as needed for Joint Commission visits, Re-entry outings for re-hab patients, and Mobile Care Clinics.

Drive vehicles of less than 15 passengers

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline

  • Valid Driver's license with less than 5 points on driving record
