Technician II - Public Space presso The Breakers Palm Beach

Job Summary:
The Technician II - Public Space is responsible for maintaining the appearance, functionality, and safety of all public-facing areas within the resort property. This role involves performing routine maintenance and minor repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and light carpentry work. The individual will also be required to work with the work order system, ensuring that high-traffic guest areas are kept in pristine condition.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in general maintenance work.
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and light carpentry repairs.
- Ability to work with a work order system.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in public-facing areas.
- Ensure the safety and functionality of all maintained areas.
