Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
- Collect and accurately post rent payments
- Monitor resident accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
- Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and property tours
- Process applications, prepare lease documents, and coordinate move-ins
- Deliver excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, property management, or leasing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional, friendly, and dependable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in property management software; Appfolio experience preferred, or willingness to learn
- A goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping others
