Description

Krause Group is seeking a strategic and experienced Brand Manager to lead and support brand development across our corporate and portfolio brands. This role is responsible for shaping how our brands show up internally and externally, ensuring consistency, clarity, and differentiation across all touchpoints. The Brand Manager will play a critical role in executing brand strategy, driving cross-functional alignment, and contributing to storytelling that reflects the heart of our businesses.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute brand strategies, positioning frameworks, and messaging hierarchies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across communication, design, and marketing materials.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and advisor across teams, guiding the effective use of brand guidelines.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns, activations, and events.
  • Manage and evolve brand guidelines, toolkits, and training resources.
  • Collaborate on internal communications to promote brand understanding and engagement.
  • Apply stakeholder and audience insights to strengthen brand impact.
  • Oversee creative deliverables, timelines, and external agency/vendor partners.
  • Contribute to brand health tracking, research, and competitive analysis.

Qualifications


Knowledge & Experience

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing, or communications.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with creative reviews, brand content management, and vendor/agency collaboration.
  • Background working across multiple brands or within a parent company structure highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with market research and consumer insights to inform brand positioning and campaigns.

Core Brand Expertise

  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, design systems, and visual identity.
  • Skilled at creating creative briefs and guiding agency partners to ensure alignment with brand direction.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and translating senior leadership direction into actionable steps.
  • Collaborative and confident working with diverse internal partners and external agencies.

Execution & Measurement

  • Experienced in developing and managing brand campaigns across digital, print, email, and experiential channels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to balance multiple initiatives.
  • Ability to track and measure the impact of brand initiatives, including CSR, community engagement, and marketing campaigns.

  • Social media strategy and execution.
  • Website content management.
  • Copywriting and brand performance analytics.
